Refund and Exchange Policy

We hope you will be delighted with every single item you receive from us. But in case you are not, there are the following options for you to consider:

• You can exchange the item for any other item with the same price
• You can exchange the item for an item costing more, paying the difference
• You can get a refund

Note: You can exchange an unused and undamaged item within only 10 days of purchase.

Please, write us an email at **** specifying the problem. State whether you want a refund or exchange and provide the reasons. Do not forget to give us your Order Number. You will receive all the instructions in email. 

If you do not get a reply from us within 24 hours, please check your spam filters to make sure our email is not blocked.

All the items subject to refund or exchange should come in original package with all the components included. The item you want returned should be unused and in the same condition it was when delivered to you.

Remember that you will only have to pay for the return postage of the items.

Faulty Products

We do our best to select and package the Items in the best possible way. But in case you receive damaged or defected item from us, please do not hesitate to contact us stating the problem. We will replace the item or provide a full refund if necessary if you return the item to us within 10 days of receipt.
